Daniel attended and graduated Fillmore High School Daniel was loved by many people and is truly going to be missed. He was a wonderful person with such a spirit and energy that words can not describe. Daniel we all love you and will never forget you.

He is survived by his fiance' Elizabeth; and his mother, Julie (step-father Michael) Mann; and father, Leslie (step-mother Vicki) Legan; sisters, Ashly Lester, Ariel Legan, and step-sister, Samantha Mann; stepbrothers, Travis and Tyler Mann. He also leaves behind grandparents, John and Jean Banghman, and Dorothy Spangler. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Delbert Spangler and Lester Legan; and great-grandmother, Wynona Wollen.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 25, 2009, from 4 to 8 p.m., at Skillin-Carroll Mortuary. A Chapel Service held in Daniel's honor on Thursday, March 26, 2009, at 10 a.m., at Skillin-Carroll Chapel located at 600 N. Central Ave., in Fillmore, and burial services will follow at the Bardsdale Cemetery in Fillmore. Arrangements are under the direction of Skillin-Carroll Mortuary, 600 N. Central Ave., Fillmore, CA 93015.

Daniel, I'll NEVER forget you. EVER! You meant the world to me. Those 2 and half years that we were on and off were the most important 2 years of my life. I am so greatful to have met you, and your family. You were such a wonderful carig person. You always put people before you, and I loved that about you. I miss you bro. We have been best friends for 7-years we had the best times so much lafter, so many memories, i love you man.
