NEver knew this guy personally, but know of his longtime business. I admire his life's work and his interest in electronics. Seems we lost a key community member here.

I worked for Capp back in the 70's and I am saddened to hear he has now gone. He was a clever, witty person and taught me a lot. I remember many occasions of working on difficult technical problems and he always had the answer!

Capp was a good friend in Oak View and on the long school bus ride to Ventura Junior High. His huge smile and hearty laughter will not be forgotten. My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

Capp, Thank you for making our world a better place to live. You have given up so much of your time and love to help out all the veterans and those less fortunate than us. You did great services to the Western Lions Ear Foundation, House Ear Institute, VFW, Cable&TV Industry, Lions Clubs International and many many more organizations that is second to none.
We at the Ventura Breakfast Lions Club will never forget you. God Bless!

We were neighbors on Valley Meadow Drive, and enjoyed hearing Capp's "stories" whenever we'd get together for road repair meetings and block parties. He was always friendly, and would stop his car to chat when we'd be walking up the road. We will miss him.
Our condolences to his family

Capp will be remembered as a close friend and professional associate. We completed many successful projects together because of his willingness to share his knowledge and his openness to new ideas. The impact of his fund raising efforts for the hearing impaired are a matter of record. I'm sure his positive attitude, witty stories, and good spirit brought happiness to many during his life. God Bless!

Capp, we are really going to miss you, your stories, your jokes, and your always generous friendship at the Ventura University Club and, of course, the Lions Club. You always brightened the room with your great smile. It won't be the same, old friend, with you no longer there.

Capp was a great guy, he was always full of life and a fun person to be around. He loved to tell jokes and had so many of them he could tell a new one each time you met him. He loved to come to the Ventura County University Club and impart his "knowledge" with the bunch that would show up. We loved his story of his war time experiences and never tired of his re-telling of such. He will be sorely missed by all of those who knew him. My condolences to his family and friends. Peter
