Gertrude Kelly Obituary
1930 - 2010
Cher was born Nov. 11, 1930 in Cork, Ireland to John and Margaret Daly. She then made her way with her family to the United States years later. Cher was a County resident for 12 years. She was in the banking industry for over 30 years working for various banks including Lincoln and Coast Savings and Loan.
Cher is survived by her loving husband of 50 years, Joseph Kelly; four children, Margaret (Peggy) Kelly, Ann Santilli (Greg), Claire Kelly, and Tom Kelly (Michelle); four grandchildren, Robert Santilli, Lauren Santilli, and twins Megan and Madelyn Kelly. Cher was a loving sister, mother and grandmother. She will be missed dearly by all who knew and loved her.
A rosary will be recited 11:30 a.m. Friday, July 30 at Our Lady of the Assumption. A mass of Christian burial at 12 p.m. at Our Lady of the Assumption, with a burial at Ivy Lawn to follow (5400 Valentine Rd., Ventura, CA 93003).
