Jimmy was a free spirited soul living mostly in New York after serving his country in Vietnam. A proud NY Taxi/Limousine driver, he moved to California in 1992 to be re-united with his wife and son. Resident of Ventura since 1994, he continued his profession as a limo driver and night auditor at Vagabond Inn. He was a volunteer driver for elderly and disabled of Ojai. To the family of "New York Jimmy". We are so sorry for your loss. Jimmy and Buddy would play pool for hours on end until Jimmy would have to go out to the car to check on Brownie, his dog. And I always looked forward to his Christmas cards. He always remembered us during the holidays.
Jimmy, rest in peace. No more suffering.

I met Jim several years ago and really grew to like him He was pretty up front I havent seen him for a while. but do remember Brownie. He would show up at our church meetings on Friday night and bring the dog. My wife liked that about him. He did bring a smile to my life and Jim I Do Thank You For That. May God Bless You Nad Keep You until we meet again. Lee S.
