Mathias Lam Obituary
July 4, 1940 - May 14, 2021
Cincinnati, Ohio - Mathias Martin Lam, M.D., age 80 of Cincinnati, Ohio and formerly of Richland, Washington, died May 14, 2021. Dr. Lam was a Gastroenterologist who practiced in Richland, WA for 30 years and recently moved to Cincinnati to be closer to family. He was the beloved husband of Daria Bogart Lam, devoted father of Gregory (Jennifer) Lam, D.O. and Alexander (Ron Whitney) Lam, M.D., loving grandfather of Ethan, Andrew, Isaac, and Mathias, and caring brother of Teresa Li, Mary Olga Lam, M.I.C., Alan Lam, M.D., and the late John Lam. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Guardian Angels Church in Cincinnati, on Thursday, June 17th at 10:30 am. Friends may visit at the church on Thursday before the Mass from 9:30 to 10:30 am. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to The Michael J. What words can I convey to the man that saved my sisters life many times over. She wasn’t meant to live but she lives today because of Dr. Lam, God Bless you, Rest In Peace and thank you for the wonderful gift of having my sister in my life.
