If you can measure a man by the way his children turn out, Mr. Franco was truly great, even though I've only met his daughters Susan and Nancy. They both work as CNAs were I live and when they take care of us, they make us feel like family. They always do their best and treat us with respect and kindness, but mix in plenty of laughs! Susan also goes above and beyond most all CNAs and helps a lucky few of us get out of this joint, whether it be to do a little Christmas shopping or to Dodger Stadium to cheer on the Boys in Blue! And there is no doubt that Mr. Franco's legacy will live on, the way his grandchildren are being raised.
My deepest condolences and best wishes for the entire, extended family.

If you can measure a man by how well his children turn out, Mr. Franco is a great man. Having only met two of his daughters, that's all I need to know because they are two great people, great nurses and great mothers! They always go above and beyond their duties at work, making sure that their people are well taken care of and also jumping in to help other residents and their nurses. Susan also helps a few of us lucky people get out of the Unit and get to the Outlets to shop or to Dodger Stadium to cheer on Big Blue!
Mr. Franco's legacy will continue to live on in his children, his grandchildren and I'm sure his great-grandchildren. My condolences and best wishes go out to his entire extended family.
