Judy Gail Carter Stuart, 78, of Sallisaw, passed away on Monday, March 17, 2025, in Sallisaw. She was born on Feb. 4, 1947, in Paragould, Ark., to Augusta Gene Carter and Willa Dean (Kingston) Carter.
No formal service is planned at this time. Cremation is under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
She married Stanley Stuart on Oct. 4, 1966, in Carson City, Nev.
Survivors include her husband, Stanley of the home; son, Lance and Rita Stuart of Sallisaw; one daughter, Alisha and Russell Brooks of Sallisaw; two grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Larry Carter, Joseph Carter and Stephen Carter.
