L. Carl Davis

Funeral services for L. Carl Davis, 84, of Sallisaw, were at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 22, 2025, at Eastside Baptist Church in Sallisaw. Burial followed at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Service, Inc.
He was born on March 26, 1941 in Sallisaw, to Dollie Marie (Borin) Davis and Norman Hobert Davis. He passed away on Monday, Sept. 15, 2025, in Sallisaw. 
He was married to Brenda Kaye (Wiley) Davis on June 9, 1961, in Sallisaw. She preceded him in death on May 15, 2021.
He was a member of the U.S. Army Reserves, the owner and operator of Carl Davis Auto Repair and a member of Eastside Baptist Church of Sallisaw.
Survivors are daughter, Devria Moore and Dave of Maryville, Tenn.; son, Wendell Davis of Sallisaw; six grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Paul Davis, Gilbert Davis and Norman Davis.
