Funeral services for Shelby Darlene Cooper, 28, of Tulsa, were held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16, 2025, at the Agent & Mallory-Martin Chapel in Sallisaw. Burial was at Sallisaw City Cemetery under the direction of Agent & Mallory-Martin Funeral Home.
She was born on Nov. 11, 1996, in Tahlequah to Doyl Gunter and Heather Irene (Moore) Gunter. She died on Saturday, Jan. 11, 2025, in Tulsa.
She was a writer.
Survivors include her parents, of Owasso; three sisters, Allana Gunter of Owasso, Elizabeth Cheatwood of Tulsa and Kaydence Cooper of Sallisaw; one brother, Cody Cooper of Tulsa; and other family members and friends.
