Alvina Junio Obituary
Tulare - Alvina Junio, 92, Tulare, formerly of Tipton, died Saturday, April 24, 2021. She passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Alvina was born on May 26, 1928 near Tipton, to Frank C. & Virginia Alves. On January 15, 1950, she married Tony V. Junio. Tony and Alvina were married for more than 50 years. Alvina is survived by her sons, Tony V. Junio Jr. (Linda) and David Junio (Rona), daughters, Teresa & Virginia Junio. Brother, Frank & Arlene Alves and sister-in-law Delores Alves. Alvina's greatest joy came from her 6 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. Alvina was preceded in death by her husband Tony, her sister, Mary C. Alves, brother Joe C. Alves, and granddaughter Lisa Junio.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021, 4-7 p.m. at Miller's Tulare Funeral Home, 151 North H Street, Tulare
Recitation of the Rosary will be held on Thursday, May 6, 2021, 6:00 p.m. at Miller's Tulare Funeral Home.
Mass of the Resurrection will be held Friday, May 7, 2021, 10:30 a.m. at St. Aloysius Catholic Church, 125 E. Pleasant Ave., Tulare, with burial at Tulare District Cemetery, 900 E. Kern Ave., Tulare. Arrangements are entrusted to Miller's Tulare Funeral Home.

I am sorry for your loss, a woman who contributed to very large pillars of our community; with nearly nothing around them to be role models. Your mother can rest in peace knowing that she raised a wonderful family. Such a good, honest, and decent family. Most of all God Fearing. Thank you for what left behind, heaven another angel.
