Ethan Hammond Obituary

Ethan Hammond

Ethan John Hammond was born on October 7, 1986, in Fresno, California. He was the fourth of six children born to Gib and Lynda Hammond.

Ethan grew up in Tulare, California, and was very close with his siblings Janae, Adam, Bethany, Justin, and Emily. Ethan attended Tulare Western High School, where he played football every year. He was also very proud of becoming an Eagle Scout during his senior year.

Ethan married his wife, Annie Leonard, on March 30, 2013. Ethan became the step father to Marcie and Olliver Jordan. Ethan and Annie had three children together - Weston Gilbert Hammond (9/23/2013), Raelene Emery Hammond (11/13/2015), and Donovan Ethan Hammond (10/22/2018).

In 2019, Ethan and Annie moved from California to Texas. Ethan soon found a great job working as a Purchasing Agent and IT Technician for Gooseneck Trailers, in Bryan, Texas. Ethan's new life with his young family was just getting started when he was taken from them, and from the rest of his family and friends, on February 1, 2021, in College Station, Texas. They are so grateful for their time with him, the brightness and fun he brought to their lives, and the cherished memories. Although his loss is overwhelming and tragic, they know he is still watching over them from beyond, and they look forward to a sweet reunion at God's chosen time.

Ethan John Hammond is survived by his wife, Annie Hammond; his children, Weston Hammond, Raelene Hammond, and Donovan Hammond; his step-children, Marcelyn Jordan and Olliver Jordan; his parents, Lynda and Gilbert Hammond; and his siblings, Janae Robbins (Paul), Adam Hammond (Laurel), Bethany Hammond Thompson, Justin Hammond (Jennifer), and Emily Hammond; along with many in-laws, nephews and nieces, and beloved friends.
