Justin was born October 20, 1967 to Zada Yaryan and Jeffry Willey.
He was always smiling and never failed to greet you with a warm hug. If you needed a hand he offered two. If you needed directions, he knew how to get there and also knew the phone number, address, manager's name and would say "You know the old ...."
He is survived by his parents Zada Yaryan and Jeffry Willey, brother Kelly Lloyd and wife Nicole.
Visitation will be held Thurs., May 26, 2016, 12PM-4PM at Miller Memorial Chapel, Visalia. A memorial service will be held Wed., June 1, 2016 at 11AM, Gateway Church, 1100 S. Sowell St., Visalia. Potluck immediately following service on church grounds.

I just found out the Justin past away. I knew him when he was between 12-16. I have been trying to find him through social media these past few years off and on with no luck. I am very saddened to find he has past. He was a delightful, fun and full of life and I really liked him. I was hoping to share the hope of Christ with him. I wish the best for Zara and those who love him. Zara, I've always thought the world of you. Foundest times were you acting and especially the farmers son skit. God bless you. Sorry to hear of Justin recent passing. Justin was a member of ECV, we really enjoyed his company, he will be missed. Save us a good spot in those golden hills Brother.

Justin had a very loving heart, I spent many good times with him. He did always have a smile, and a happy go lucky attitude. He will be missed by many.

I am so sorry for your loss. He was one person I knew that was always smiling and any time I saw he no matter how bad my day may have had he was always making me feel better with his kindness and good friend I will miss him but I will never forget him. My prayers are with the family. Linda Pacheco

Bubba,you were one of the first friends I made when I switched schools (Mt.View Elementary)4th grade,your kindness and and coolness turned into a friendship that lasted through years . So sorry to hear about Justins passing. We met him when he worked doing curbing in Visalia. He was such a hard worker and always had a smile. After completing the job he would always stop by if he was in the area. He was such a caring person and will always be remembered in our heart. May you rest in peace Justin. Raul and Kathy Alaniz
