Sammy passed away peaceful on Friday, April 17, 2020 at the age of 41, with his family by his side.

Sammy battled cancer for many years and ultimately it took his life.

Sammy was born to Juan & Maria C. DeLaRosa on June 8, 1978 in Seminole, Texas.

Sammy graduated from Golden West High School in 1996, he worked for Able Industries for many years.

Sammy is preceded in death by his great niece A'Merie McCart.

Sammy attended West Visalia Church of Christ where he was a faithful Christian and enjoyed going to church.

Sammy is survived by two daughters Selena, Elena and one son Sammy Jr. DeLaRosa. Parents,Juan And María C De La Rosa, Sister, Nati Guevara(Adrian), sister, Maria Mendoza(James), sister, Magdalena Sepeda(Gilbert sr, Gilbert II, Gabriel), from Hobbs NM, sister, Eva McCart(Steve), niece, Elizabeth & Dujuan(Shakira, Malachi, Taji), niece, Monica(Ishmael, Israel, Iisha, Keiannah, Joseph), nephew, Carlos & Kim(Carlos jr, James), niece, Erica & Tony(Ariana, Alyssa, AJ), niece, Natalie(Brianna, Mariah, Noah), from Monahans TX, niece, Crystal & Wade(Elijah, Isaiah), from La Quinta CA, nephew, Jonathan & Debbie(Liam), from Lovington NM, nephew, Stephen & Chasity(Stephen jr, Z'aiden, Nevaeh) and numerous aunts uncles and cousins to many to name.

Sammy was a wonderful father, son, brother and uncle. He will be greatly missed and will be remembered for all of the love and support he showed his family and for the strength he showed.

Memorial service will be determined at a later date.
