I'm so sorry to read of Shirley's passing. She was an elegant lady with a genuine love for people. She and my mother were friends and I remember listening to Shirley's radio program with her, often. It doesn't seem that long ago that we bumped into Harry and her, enjoying the evening and we had a nice little chat about the old Quad/Octagon days. My thoughts are with you, Bill (and families). Visalia was blessed to have had your parents as such fine leaders in our community for so many years!

Shirley Tow was an amazingly vibrant lady. She and Harry were always so kind to me. They always took the time to talk with me were genuinely interested in me and my family. They will both be greatly missed.
