Jay Buccellato

Winter Garden, FL - Jay A. Buccellato, 52, of Winter Garden, FL, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 after a brief illness.

Born on September 25, 1973 in Lebanon, NH, he is survived by his wife, Kimberly Buccellato, and son, Derek Buccellato of Winter Garden, FL. He is also survived by his father, Patrick Buccellato and his wife Andrea of Enfield, NH; his mother, Margaret Wheeler and her husband, Kenneth of Enfield, NH; his sister, Tracy Wells of Palm Coast, FL and many nieces and nephews.

He graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. Jay was a Golf Course Superintendent for over 20 years, a member of the GCSAA and worked for Down To Earth for the last ten years. He worked at several golf courses in the Orlando area over the years, including West Orange Country Club and most recently overseeing Continental Country Club in Wildwood, FL. Jay enjoyed being with his family. He loved spending time with his son, and enjoyed volunteering and attending his little league baseball games. He enjoyed taking family vacations, going to golf tournaments, and was an avid baseball fan and attended many baseball games with his family.
