Michael will be dearly missed by all of his friends at DHMC. One of my favorite memories of my career was working with John to arrange his flight on DHART. I know how very much that meant to Michael and it also meant the world to me.
My deepest sympathies to Karen, Gary, Kevin and all of Michael´s family and friends.
