Roberta Viola

Claremont, NH - Roberta J. Viola, 88, of Sugar River Drive in Claremont, NH, passed away on October 13, 2025 at Valley Regional Hospital. She was born on December 20, 1936 in Windsor, Vermont, the daughter of Paul and Freda Atwood. She attended Windsor Schools. Roberta worked at many jobs including Goodyear Tire and Rubber, Claremont Woven Label, and JC Sportswear.

Roberta loved spending time with family and friends. She loved doing puzzles, diamond paintings, and her flower beds.

Roberta is predeceased by her husband Francis Viola Sr., Dennis Viola, Francine and Steve Nemkovich, Francis Viola Jr., Maria Briand, Freda and Paul Atwood, and her brother Sandy.

She is survived by her children, Bill and Jen Bartlett, Paul Bartlett, Lori Bradbury, and Wendy and James Greene. Along with 24 grand kids, 46 great grand kids, 2 great great grand kids, and her caregiver Janet Chamberlain.

Visiting hours will be held at the Stringer Funeral Home, 146 Broad Street in Claremont on Friday, October 24th from 1pm to 2pm with a service at 2pm. Burial will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
