Anita Davidson

Anita Elaine Nichols Davidson, 47, of Gatesville, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 12, 2007, at home surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 15 at the First United Methodist Church in Gatesville with the Rev. Johnny Miller officiating. Burial will follow at the Nichols Family Cemetery in Gatesville. Anita was born Feb. 26, 1960, in Gatesville, to Jack and Doris Graham Nichols. She grew up in Gatesville and graduated from Gatesville High School in 1978. Anita married Dwayne Davidson in 2004. Anita was employed at Fleetwood Homes in Waco for the last 15 years. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandkids. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Gatesville. Survivors include husband, Dwayne Davidson of Gatesville; daughters, Morgan Keeton and husband, Graig, Traci Foote and husband, Than, Shalan Crawford and husband, Ryan, and Lacy Davidson, all of Gatesville; son, Trent Rueter and wife, Alicia of Gatesville; grandchildren, Gehrig Keeton, Addie Rueter, Hallie Foote, Wade Foote, Elliott Lanham and Hunter Crawford; parents, Jack and Doris Nichols; brothers, Ronald Nichols and wife, Margit of Puyullap, Wash., and Gary Nichols of Lovelady, Texas; sisters, Joyce Pruitt and husband, Kyle of Gatesville, Cindy Martin and husband, Gene of Gatesville, Nancy Hanna and husband, Jimmy of China Springs, and Susie Herbelin and husband, Ricky of Hewitt; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.
