Donald "Don" F. Guest

Donald "Don" F. Guest, 90, of New Braunfels, Texas passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Don will be lovingly remembered for his strength of faith, integrity, and kindness towards others.

Born on September 11, 1935, in Falls County, Texas, Don was the youngest of three brothers. He graduated from Waco High, Class of 1953, the year of the infamous Waco tornado. Don Served in the USAF from 1955-1959. He met and married Emma Jo Williamson from Savannah, Georgia in 1957. After completing his military service, Don moved his Georgia bride back to his native Texas, embarking on a 40-year career with the JCPenney Company.

Don retired in 1995 and relocated to Waco and eventually to New Braunfels. He was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ and a current member of New Braunfels Church of Christ. He was also a 40-year member of Kiwanis International, serving as president of multiple chapters.

Don is survived by Jo, his wife of 68 years; sons, Todd (Angie) and Ryan (Gail); and grandchildren, Taylor (Lauren), Grant, Emma (Zachery), and Reagan.

A Memorial Service is scheduled for Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the New Braunfels Church of Christ.
