James Cornett Obituary
James was born October 25, 1943 in Cameron Texas to George and Myrtle Brummett Cornett. He later moved to Waco where he met and married, Diane Brunson. After becoming parents, he and Diane fostered 40 newborns while raising their young family.
He was well known for his sense of humor, hard work, and his faithfulness to the Lord. James retired from Lochridge Priest in 2014 after 45 years of service.
He is survived by his wife of 56 years Diane, daughter Michele Proctor, son James Cornett, Jr. and wife Sherrae, six grandchildren, six great grandchildren.
