On behalf of the Central Texas Chapter of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers, I would like to express our sympathies on the passing of Mr. Duff. To the Duff Family,

I was very sorry to hear about Mr. Duff passing away, and will miss him. I very much enjoyed working with him and Duff Consulting Engineers since first coming to Waco in 1983. My condolences to the family, and may your memories of him bring comfort and peace and strength.
