Louise G. Knickerbocker

Louise G. Knickerbocker, 83, passed away Monday, Jan. 25, 2010, in New Port Richey, Fla. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday with visitation from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Redmond Funeral Home, 4100 S. Westnedge, in Kalamazoo, Mich. Louise was born in Kalamazoo, Mich., and moved to Bellmead, 15 years ago, and settled in New Port Richey two years ago. She was the President of the Ladies VFW Auxiliary in Kalamazoo. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul C. Knickerbocker; and by her siblings, Maxine, Page and Donald. She is survived by her daughter, Paulette Downing of Waco; granddaughters, Maria Baxter and husband, James, and Billie-Jo McElroy and husband, Robert; and great-granddaughters, Jessica and Jaymi Baxter and Sasha McElroy.
