Bill was a childhood friend who spent each summer with his grandparents who were our next door neighbors in Austin. So, my brother, the neighborhood kids, and I had Bill all summer to play with each day for several years (and George would always come sometime in the summer too for a grandparent visit). We lost touch as time went on and we moved to a different town. Then when my family moved to Waco in 1971, there he was. A rekindled childhood friendship.

Bill´s grandparents were our next door neighbors. Spent many summers playing together when he and his cousin would spend summers with them. Fun times.
