Margaret, Ed was a treasure that will be missed by all. As a kid I remember many of the conversations that he and my Dad, Dwight, had on the farm and the time they worked on the engine of our 1970 F-600. Good memories and that hard working generation is leaving us too quickly. Dad passed on the 26th of June and Ed is gone to be with the Lord now also. We may be sad, but heaven is now rejoicing. Till the day that we meet again in the presence of the Lord. God bless.

We are saddened at the passing of Ed. We do rejoice that he is in the presence of the Lord God. We will miss his cheery disposition and do remember with fondness how Ed would always take time to fellowship with my dad who is also with the Lord Jesus. Ed is an inspiration to us for he loved God's Word with much passion. Our prayers are with you all.

Hello Margaret-- This is Bob Pitt from Oakland Iowa, I am so sorry to read of Ed's passing. I was just thinking of him last week because I hadn't heard from him for such a long time which was odd. I always enjoyed our visits and he made me feel good with some of his favorite Bible Stories. I'm sure he is bending God's ear right now telling him some of his awesome tales as Ed always quoted them that way to me. He was a hard working honest man that will be missed by many. know I will miss him greatly. My prayers are with you and your family an knowing Ed is at peace now hopefully gives you comfort. God Bless you. Bob
