Ida Carlson
Ida Carlson (Di Gregorio, 95, of 92 Rawson St, died Tuesday. Ida was born in Waltham and resided there for many years. She is pre deceased by her husband; Al Carlson and her daughter Carol (Palumbo) Hopkins. She leaves her Grandson, Charles Hopkins and his wife Diane with whom she lived, her Granddaughter Carol Decourcey; and husband David , 6 Great Grandchildren and 4 Great-Great Grandchildren all of Leicester, also her sisters Eleanor Russo of Waltham and Doris Gallo of Burlington, and many nieces and nephews. Ida will be greatly missed by her sisters Eleanor, Doris and Janice Cooper who she communicated with every day. She will also be missed by her great friends, Debra Smith, Paul and Maureen Scannell. Ida worked for Raytheon corporation for many years before retiring to take care of her daughter Carol who became very ill. She was a devoted woman to her and anybody in need whether friends or family. Burial will be private Brasco & Sons Memorial Home is directing the arrangements

My deepest sympathy to all who loved Miss Ida. I'm praying for your comfort, strength and unity as a family. She was a loving,compassionate, and strong woman. Her legacy is one of courage and an inspiring story. I love her very much and will truly miss my good friend
