A native Washingtonian. In 2012, she retired from the Federal Communications Commission after serving 43 years.
On Saturday July 26, 2025, family and friends gathering from 10 until 11 a.m. At 11 a.m., a celebration of life service will be held to honor her legacy at the STEWART FUNERAL HOME, 4001 Benning Road, NE, Washington, DC 20019.
