Albert Bernard Kluge, Jr. "Ben" (Age 89)
Ben Kluge of Warrenton, Virginia passed peacefully into his heavenly home on December 7, 2021. Born November 16, 1932 in St. Paul, Minnesota to Albert Bernard Kluge and Dorothy C. (Bjornstad) Kluge. Survived by his wife of 33 years, Barbara; daughter, Gretchen Wilcox of Manassas, VA; son, Andrew Kluge of Fairview, NC; daughter, Martha Diecchio of Longmont, CO; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; step-children, Tracy Duke Oursler and Stephen Duke and five step-grandchildren. Ben graduated in 1954 from Concordia Teacher's College, Seward, NE. He taught in Lutheran parochial schools for 13 years and taught math in Fairfax County, Virginia schools for 26 years retiring from Robinson Secondary School in 1993. A memorial service will be held on January 8, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Hope Lutheran Church, 10391 Sudley Manor Dr. Manassas, VA. 20109. A reception will follow.

I´m so sorry to learn of Ben´s passing. We were neighbors for years in Gainesville. Ben and Barbara´s yard was the envy of the whole subdivision! Due to their hard work, and it was always lovely to see. He was a kind man and I enjoyed watching him walk the dogs with Thomas the cat walking a respectable distance behind. Many fond memories of the Kluges. My condolences to Barbara and family.

I was saddened to hear of Ben´s passing. Ben was a huge Warrior in the fight against "Disney´s America". He had a calm about him in his advice he gave us in our fight. My thoughts are with Barbara and her family at this time.
