It has been about 30 years since I last saw Miss Alberta, the late Anthony Gary Thompson's mother and Grand-mère of Glenda Wilson; however, what I do remember is how beautiful of a soul she was. Always kind and warm-hearted, smiling and full of life and love. I only wish that she and her granddaughter would have been able to reconnect but we know when it comes to His will, we must accept and rejoice in His ways for nothing is ever a coincidence nor is it ever lost or forgotten. To my sister, Glenda Wilson, Grand-mère is still with you and you're much closer to your family than you know.

To the children of Alberta! My name is Sarah Pennington Coffey, the sister to Ms. Billie Mimms and Carolyn Arrington. I knew your mom and dad from visiting my sisters in DC during the summers years ago and I also babysat Curt and Colleen during the summers while there! Your mom was a beautiful person! We send our sincere condolences to you during this time. God Bless!
