MURPHY ALICE J. MURPHY On Friday, June 11, 2010 at the Virginia Hospital Center. Alice J. Murphy is survived by her sons, Earnest D and Rodney E. (Stephanie) Murphy, her siblings, Joseph and Barbara Sumner, a grandson and a host of other loving relatives and friends. Friends may call at the Greene Funeral Home, 814 Franklin Street, Alexandria, VA on Thursday, June 17 from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Interment in Bethel Cemetery.

God has confirmed the end of Alice suffering, sorrows, and pain because HE who sits on the throne has remembered Alice. HE has taken away the hardships and given her Joy. Prayer and sympathy goes out to the Murphy family and host of relatives.
