Spriggs, Jr.; loving mother of Gayle Janet, Danny Horsley, Johnny Horsley and Peggy Sowers; devoted sister of Genieve Markland, Katherine Nichols and Billy Stevens; also survived by 14 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. Fairfax Dr., Arlington, VA on Tuesday, September 17 from 5 to 8 p.m. where services will be held Wednesday, September 18, 11 a.m. Interment National Memorial Park.
