On October 9, 2012, Alvin Yale Shapiro; beloved husband of the late Sylvia Shapiro (nee Schulman); devoted father of Bill (Randi) Shapiro, Fred (Wendy) Shapiro, and Eddie (Erica) Shapiro; loving brother of Dr. Martin Shapiro and the late Gloria Lippman; dear brother-in-law of Donna Shapiro and Sidney Lippman; cherished grandfather of Chad Shapiro, Lauren Shapiro (and her fiance, Matthew Mittleman), Jennifer Zenitz (and her fiance, Jeffrey Engorn), Matt Zenitz, Sophie Shapiro, Carly Shapiro, Madison Lawrence, and Eliza Lawrence.Services at SOL LEVINSON & BROS., INC., 8900 Reisterstown Road, Baltimore, MD on Thursday, October 11 at 11 a.m.. Interment Arlington Cemetery - Chizuk Amuno Congregation N. Rogers Ave. Please omit flowers.
