Blessings and peace to all who knew and loved Father Tony. It was a pleasure to work with him in evangelization. And a privilege to pray with him often when he had pneumonia in New Jersey. Godspeed.

I remember Tony from high school. We played some classical music together. But, I lost track after that. He had a very remarkable career. I wish I had a chance to reacquaint with him. Condolence to family and friends.

I met Tony as a colleague through the North American Forum on the Catechumenate, and we renewed our acquaintance again later as we both worked for the Paulist Evangelization Ministries. Over the years he became a good friend, always quick to send an email with a thumbs up when he saw an article I'd written, or to share a laugh at some absurdity of life in the church. He had such a keen mind, and a sharp eye for irony, but at the same time a warm heart for people and a vibrant spirit that exuded the joy of faith. God bless you, Tony, "good and faithful servant" of the gospel. I thank God for having having had the privilege of serving with you in this church we both love. May you rest in peace and rise in glory.

Dear Family of Fr. Tony,

Thank you for sharing Fr. Tony with the staff of the International Commission on English in the Liturgy (ICEL) where he worked from 1999 to 2002. Though his time at ICEL was cut short by the curtailing of ecumenical activities, Fr. Tony was a steadfast colleague always ready to engage in a project or assist with new technologies or procedures. The Funeral liturgy at St. Rose of Lima, punctuated with Faith, Hope, and Love was beautiful and moving and showed how devoted Fr. Tony was to the parish for so many years. May he rest in peace and may the warmth of his smile console you at this time and for years to come.

My family-including my two sons-loved Father Tony’s homilies. His homilies were very relatable, applicable and rich. I wish I would have taken notes. We will miss him.

Fr. Tony was a priest who was a gentle man. He always had a smile on his face and a strong grip when he shook your hand. He was always in church early, sitting in a pew praying for us all, we’re sure! Sometimes he’d show up before mass in a shirt and tie and looked like a businessman! He was God’s businessman! He will be missed but we will see him again when we all enter Gods Kingdom! Our condolences to the family.

Father Tony officiated the inurnment ceremony for my wife on March 1991 at St. Rose of Lima church. My family and I are grateful to him for that occasion. We will keep him in our prayers. May he rest in peace.

Father Tony was always there when we needed him: for our daughter's baptism, for her First Communion, for her wedding and for my mother-in-law's funeral. He always had a comforting smile and always knew the right things to say.

Have known Tony and his family since our days at Mother of the Savior Seminary, where we referred to each other as "brothers" and Tony definitely was! He was my voice of sanity in religious matters! I will miss our holiday get togethers.

MY CONDOLENCES & PRAYERS FOR THE REPOSE OF FATHER TONY KRISAK AND HIS FAMILY. I HAVE KNOWN FR. TONY SINCE HIGH SCHOOL SEMINARY DAYS AT MOTHER OF THE SAVIOR SEMINARY IN BLACKWOOD, NJ. HE WAS CERTAINLY A TRUE FOLLOWER OF CHRIST AND A TEACHER OF FAITH TO OTHERS. HIS PERSONALITY EXEMPLIFIED THE VERY PERSON OF CHRIST IN HIS LIFE. MINISTRY & SERVICE. MAY THE LORD RECEIVE HIM INTO ETERNAL LIFE & BLESS HIS FAMILY.

Tony presided at my father's funeral on January 20, 1992. His homily was beautiful. I still have a copy. As my sister, Ann, said below, we enjoyed Tony's company at our home in Catonsville many times over the years when he was a Seminarian, and later as a Priest. Great memories of family trips to Assateague when I was a young kid.

Wonderful guy; a friend to all with always a smile and a kind word. Wise and good-humored, Fr. Tony officiated at a number of our family events and visited our Catonsville home often as a seminarian. We will miss him and keep him in our prayers! ❤
