ARTHUR PARKER Obituary
ARTHUR PARKER, JR. (Age 76)
Passed away on September 22, 2014 in Fairmont, WV surrounded by his family. He is survived by his devoted wife of 29 years, Vivian; two daughters, Terri A. Wood and Alicia Wardell (Jerry); two grandsons, Jamil Pearson and Takiel Randolph; and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will be receiving friends on Tuesday, September 30 from 10 a.m. until time of service, 11 a.m. at JOHN T. RHINES FUNERAL HOME, 3005 - 12th Street NE, Washington, DC 20017. Interment will be held on Wednesday, October 1 at Maryland Veterans Cemetery, Cheltenham.
