ASTRID ANDERSON, lived to be healthy and happy 98, native of Sweden, former longtime resident of Chicago's Southside and of Aurora, passed away peacefully in her sleep June 15, 2005 at her son's home in Falls Church, VA. Beloved wife of the late Karl Anderson; cherished mother of Walter (the late Jean) Anderson of Falls Church and the late Martha (the late Robert) Gorden of Darien, IL; grandmother of seven and great-grandmother of 12. Memorial service on Monday, July 11, at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 3022 Woodlawn Ave., Falls Church, VA 22042. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to American Cancer Society. Arrrangements by CREMATION SOCIETY OF ILLINOIS, 773-281-5058.

My kids and I are going to miss visiting with you at Grandpa's. We will think of you whenever we look into that room at his house.
