Born on July 24, 1945 to Herman & Pasty Devine. She graduated in 1962 from Central High School Washington, DC and worked for the Federal Goverment.
Barbara enjoyed travel, art, loved animals and treasured time with family and friends. She was an active member of Crossroads Community Church in Georgetown, DE.
She survived by her son Todd King, daughter-in-law Samantha King, grandaughter Kaitlyn King, sister Gloria Sager.
A memorial service will be held February 21, 2026 at 12:30 p.m. at Crossroads Community Church located at:
20684 State Forest Rd.
Georgetown, DE 19947
