Barbara Gillis
Barbara S. Gillis, 80, of Fairfax, VA, passed away on December 17, 2023. She was born on April 7, 1943, in Johnstown, PA. She is survived by her sister, Kathie Sweeney, her daughter, Bridget (Gillis) Loft, son-in-law Andrew Loft, grandson, Ian Loft and son, Andy Gillis. Barbara's warm and witty nature will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made in Barbara's memory to Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at George Mason University.
