Memorial Services at Chevy Chase Presbyterian Church (handicapped accessible), 1 Chevy Chase Circle, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20015, Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to the Special Needs Library, 6400 Democracy Blvd., Bethesda, MD 20817.
