Belva K. Scott (Age 95)
Of Washington, DC, passed away on December 28, 2018. The funeral service will be held on Monday, January 7, 2019, Israel Baptist Church, 1251 Saratoga Avenue, NE. Visitation will be held at 10 a.m., followed by the services at 11 a.m. The Reverend Reginald M. Green will officiate. Burial will take place at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, www2.heart.org/goto/ForBelva.
