BENJAMIN DAVIS Obituary

Benjamin PAUL Davis
Benjamin Paul Davis, age 35, of Los Angeles, CA, passed away on November 20, 2021, surrounded by his immediate family. Ben was born September 9, 1986, in Washington, DC, and was raised in Bethesda, MD. He is survived by his parents, Anita and Mark Davis, of Bethesda, MD, and his sister, Sarah, Fort Collins, CO. Ben's life was defined by music from an early age. He graduated from the Interlochen Arts Academy. He received a BM and MM from the University of Michigan and the University of Southern California, respectively, in clarinet performance. Ben was passionate about all music-as a gifted performer, an avid consumer, and an insightful critic. Ben loved life, laughter, his beloved family, and his valued friends. He championed the causes of social justice, equality, and a clean environment. Plans for a memorial service are pending.
