BENJAMIN E. NICKSON (Age 90)
On Thursday, December 31, 2015, BENJAMIN E. NICKSON of Washington, DC, father of Air Force Col. Mark McKay Nickson (Pamela) and Anne N. Danforth (David). He is also survived by one granddaughter Laura Anne Danforth. He was predeceased by his loving wife, Marion W. Nickson of 60 years. Mr. Nickson was born in Washington, DC on June 2, 1925, graduated from Western High School in Washington, DC and attended Syracuse University. He also graduated from Harvard University with a law degree in 1952. Mr. Nickson was a proud Navy Veteran serving his country in the Pacific theater during the Second World War. He was a budget analyst for the Navy Industrial Fund from 1967 to 1985. Services will be held at NATIONAL FUNERAL HOME, 7482 Lee Highway, Falls Church, VA on Tuesday January 12 at 10 a.m. Interment immediately following at National Memorial Park. Expressions of sympathy in his memory may be made to the Parkinson''s Disease Foundation.

This is from Dallas Salisbury and wife Stephanie Ross (a resident at Grand Oaks). Dallas is the person that helped Ben find a compatible printer when his broke not long ago. Dallas was not able to attend the memorial service at Grand Oaks because he was out of town, and thus herein wants to express his deepest condolences.
