BENJAMIN ROWLAND Obituary
Benjamin Howe Rowland (Age 33)
Died unexpectedly on Thursday, June 14, 2018 following a long struggle with depression. A graduate of the Field School ('03) and Reed College ('07), Ben had been working as an outreach specialist at Pathways to Housing in Washington, DC. His death is a profound loss to his mother, Julia; sister, Katherine; brother-in-law, Edward; and his nephew and niece, Finn and Alma. His family cherished every moment they spent with him. A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 23 at 4 p.m. at the Georgetown Presbyterian Church, 3115 P. Street, NW, Washington, DC. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Pathways to Housing (www.pathwaystohousingdc.org).
