Here I am in 2025 listening to the preaching of Bishop SC Johnson, a man I never knew. I ask GOD are there still any Apostles today. GOD pointed me to Apostle Gino Jennings I got so excited to know they God never left himself without a witness that I wanted to see another and I stumbled upon Bishop. I discovered that they preach the same thing. To God be the Glory!

As I look upon all of the messages and churches. I can only remember Bishop Johnson as a child. I do remember when he passed away because his body layer in state for three days in Boston, MA. We were members of the church in Boston on Tremont Street. I was eleven when he passed away. The dedicated saints loved him and served diligently until the end. I realize that none of the other churches recognize us, but we were there. We didn´t straighten our hair, never wore makeup and he always told us how beautiful we were. I feel as though I have to say something in memory of our dear Bishop Johnson because everyone connected to the church has passed away. We served the Lord as he instructed us. He was our Pastor and I am glad that his teaching has moved me into ministry.

To my great Grandfather,
Even though I never had a chance to meet you, I thank the creator for using you as a vessel to spread the doctrine. I know by the word of God mixed with your faith in him, allowed you to capture the hearts and minds of the lost. Besides being a pioneer and spiritual liberator, I wish I had the opportunity to build memories with you. I search your name from time to time in hopes to find information about you so I can have more then just a picture to know who you were and are.
Thank you Washington Post for keeping his legacy alive!

I shall never forget the man of God, Bishop S C Johnson. Being in his church and under his ministry from 9 years of age, I became familiar with his doctrine and manner of life. All these fifty years, he has been in my heart and thoughts as the greatest latter day Apostle the world has known. We will never forget you, Bishop, our father in the gospel. Love you always.

To God be the glory for all that He has done! As a child, my family and I sat under the leadership and the preaching of the gospel that the Lord had blessed the Bishop with. Baptized in the church in Washington, DC and to this day still saved, sactified and filled with the Holy Ghost. Still have precious memories! Resting in the Lord is a marvelous thing.
