(Susana) Ranghel; sister of Nestor (Cecilia) Cardenas and the late Luis Cardenas; grandmother of Kristine Hernandez-Wong, Carlos Ranghel, Caroline Ranghel and Francisco Ranghel; aunt of Henry, Luis and Nestor Cardenas, Sandra Frerotte and Clara Lopez; cousin of Blanca and sister Carmen Moreno; mentor to Elizabeth, Vanessa and Yung Pham. Relatives and friends may call at COLLINS FUNERAL HOME, 500 University Blvd., West, Silver Spring, MD, Tuesday, August 10, from 2 to 4 p.m. where services will be held on Wednesday, August 11, at 1 p.m. Interment private.
