THOMAS, BRIAN D.

On Friday, August 26, 2005; beloved son of Linda Quattlebaum and Kenneth Thomas, Sr. Also survived by a grandmother, Ruby Quattlebaum; one sister Tonja Thomas; two brothers Jermaine Quattlebaum and Kenneth Thomas, Jr.; a host of other relatives and friends. The late Mr. Thomas will lie in state at Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 3rd and Q Sts., NW, Saturday, September 3, from 10 a.m. until services at 11 a.m. Interment Harmony Memorial Park. Services by STEWART.

I love you and knowing that you love me unconditionally will help me through this. You know we have a bond that is unbreakable no matter whether you here in the physical or not. Cousin, I would never think in a million years that I would be signing the guestbook of your death announcement. Its life, and I have accepted that. I am no longer angry. I'll let GOD handle that for me. I will always miss you and will always think of you and all your charm.

Brian - It seems like only yesterday when I had the pleasure of meeting you. You were such a "big boy"...all of seven years old and so full of spunk...so full of life! To my Friend Linda the beloved Mother of Brian D.Thomas , We have been friends for a long while and our children were small together. This is going to probably be the hardest thing you have ever experienced in life losing Brian ( your baby son) so young but always keep all his smiles and all his gestures and comments, memories he made and gave to you so very close to your heart because he was a very unique young man who was much loved and will truly be missed by my son and daughter Dimitri and ,Yolonda and myself very much. But my prayers and my arms are open for you and your family when ever you need me. Brian you will truly be missed I will never forget how you just took to my special son Dimitri and just talked with him and listened to him no matter what he would be talking about. Linda & Jermaine,

Words cannot express the loss of Brian, (my little son)! I have known him since he was born with his cute self. He was always a happy person and a good son to you Linda and he loved his big brother! I guess I try and tell myself that Brian is now resting in PEACE and that, I am grateful for. But we all are left with the void and we will all be here for you Linda to help fill that void in some small way. Brian's smile said it all. He was a sweetheart!
