BURNIS W. NEFF, JR. "Billy" (Age 65)
On Tuesday, July 28, 2015, of Silver Spring, MD. Father of Brandon Penick; brother of Ann (David) Zeh, Barbara (Joseph, Sr.) Sinclair and the late Roger Neff and Linda Neff; son of the late Grace and Burnis Neff, Sr.; uncle of Beverly King, Christopher (Patricia) King, Anthony (Wendy) King, Ronald (Kim) Rash, Richard Rash, and the late Joseph Sinclair, Jr. Also survived by numerous great nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Tuesday, August 4, from 7 to 9 p.m., where Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 5 at 11 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. I knew Bill for a short time and we discussed a few work related issues as well as general computer stuff. He was the type of person you could discuss anything with. Whenever I saw him after an extended period, it was like we were best friends. He just made you feel that way. A good person for sure.

I've known the Neff family for almost 40 years. I know Billy will be thought of frequently by many as his parents and brother are. We will see them again one day in our Father's kingdom. A part of Billy will be with us all always in our memories and in our heart. Have a wonderful rest Billy until we see you again in heaven. God bless the Neff family.

Worked with Bill for 15 years, he partnered with stakeholders and had a teamwork mentality. He helped our organization through ISO certification, transition from PIN to Constructware, and to the latest system we are currently utilizing. Condolences and prayers to his family
