I knew Bill for a short time and we discussed a few work related issues as well as general computer stuff. He was the type of person you could discuss anything with. Whenever I saw him after an extended period, it was like we were best friends. He just made you feel that way. A good person for sure.

I've known the Neff family for almost 40 years. I know Billy will be thought of frequently by many as his parents and brother are. We will see them again one day in our Father's kingdom. A part of Billy will be with us all always in our memories and in our heart. Have a wonderful rest Billy until we see you again in heaven. God bless the Neff family.

Worked with Bill for 15 years, he partnered with stakeholders and had a teamwork mentality. He helped our organization through ISO certification, transition from PIN to Constructware, and to the latest system we are currently utilizing. Condolences and prayers to his family
