CATHY ALLEN RIDDLE
On August 3, 2011, Cathy Allen Riddle of New Windsor, MD; beloved wife of Philip A. Riddle; devoted mother of Susan M. and Benjamin R. Riddle. Also survived by two sisters. Visitation at Hartzler Funeral Home, 310 Church St., New Windsor, 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday. Funeral service 2 p.m. , Monday at Liberty Church, 1641 Old Westminster Rd., Westminster, MD. Memorial contributions suggested to The Dove House, 292 Stoner Ave., Westminster, MD 21157.

i only meet cathy a couple of times however, she always treated everyone as family and a friend. She helped out many people and did what she could. She always was there and did what she could mostly for her children and others who she treated like her children that were not her own. She will be very missed and my best wishes go to her family.
