I've known District Elder Plummer since i was a newborn at The Way Back to Pentecost Church. He was always a pleasant person who had a very nice demeanor and a beautiful family. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Rev. Plummer was a man of great character. He was compassionate and a very unique preacher. He was one of my pastors growing up as a boy at The Way Back To Pentecost Church in Washington , DC. He will be missed but not forgotten.
