Charles Stevens Obituary
CHARLES A. STEVENS
Peacefully on February 23, 2011 at Providence Hospital. He leaves to mourn his devoted wife, Deloris Stevens; his mother-in-law, Susie Penic; sisters-in-law, Sandra and Patricia; and brother, David Lee; five sisters, Maggie, Patricia (Huler), Marie (Jacob), Wilhelmina and Helen; brothers, Sammy (Nita), Michael (Andrea), and Hugh Allen Stevens; best friends, Raymond Blake, Willie Scott and Douglas Martin; and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives and friends. Preceded in death by brother, Gregory Stevens. On Tuesday, March 8, 2011, from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m., friends may visit with the family at New Southern Rock Baptist Church, 750 Buchanan St. N.W. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
