CHERYL THEISMANN Obituary


CHERYL LYNN THEISMANN
Of Pompano Beach, FL, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2018 after a hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer. She was born on June 22, 1948 in Jackson, MI to the late Jack and Alma "Ginny" Brown.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved daughter, Amy Lynn Theismann and her brother, Jack W. Brown.Shari is survived by her husband, Barry Allentuck; her sons, Joseph W. Theismann and Patrick J. Theismann; her daughter-in-law, Sharon; her sisters, Joan Brown, Susie Vanderbilt and Fern Penicnak; her step-daughters, Nikki Rachlin and Jamie Allentuck; her grandchildren, Faith, Kannan, Karissa, Kali, Kyra, Emma and Chloe; and her nieces, Jenny, Sandy, Kristen, Helen, Christine and Aunnie. Shari cherished her long friendship with her best friend, Lynn Gershowitz and her husband Sylvan. She had a special bond with her beautiful dog, Zoey Theismann. Shari was devoted to her many friends and enjoyed being a long-time member of the Redskins' family. Known for her huge heart, compassion and fun-loving spirit, Shari loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, family and friends.There will be a memorial service in Somerset, MI in the spring where she will be laid to rest.

My prayers and thoughts are with all of you who loved and were loved by this beautiful woman. What I remember best about Cheryl is her warm smile, her generous spirit, and vitality. I remember her as very happy.
