On Tuesday, January 10, 2017, of Rockville, MD. Beloved husband of the late Gina Shutze Lin Liu; Ching Chiu Liu was born 1928 in Northern China. Married to Gina Shutze Lin in 1955 and immigrated to the United States in 1958. Loving father of George, Bette and Kelly; brother of Jing Wu Liu and the late Jing Wen Liu; grandfather of Curtis, Katie, Caleb, Brian, and Alex. Also survived by other loving family and friends. C.C. began his long career as a restaurateur and was first to introduce Mongolian Barbeque in the DC Metropolitan area before continuing as a corporate contract negotiator and company developer. Upon retiring, he enjoyed watching his grandchildren grow and become successful and productive members of society. A Memorial Service will be held at The Ingleside at King Farm, 701 King Farm Blvd., Rockville, MD 20850 on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, 7500 Greenway Center Drive, Suite 300, Greenbelt, MD 20770.www.COLLINSFUNERALHOME.com
